CIVL Plenary 2021 Minutes, Record of Open Meetings, Agenda with its Annexes (Reports and Proposals) are published just under. Click on the blue title "PLENARY 2021 VIDEOCONFERENCE" - it will open a documents folder and you will see all related subfolders and files. Minutes, Record, Programme and Agenda are on top. Reports and Proposals are located in Annexes folder.

2021 CIVL Plenary 

The 2021 CIVL Plenary was be held online, using Zoom platforms from February 1 to 7, 2021. Secret voting was secured by using the electionrunner platform.

All issues, including proposals and bids, were published and discussed beforehand in dedicated Basecamp platforms for the CIVL Delegates. Our plenary was successful because we anticipated and worked throughout December and January.
